Happy fall, y’all! Is there any better time for back yard fires, long walks outside, a book with hot tea and a throw blanket and TELEVISION?
I think not.
Rob and I have been working through The Walking Dead, starting with season one, episode one. We just started season four and, thanks to Netflix adding season five on Sept. 25, we will likely wrap up our recap just before season six begins airing on AMC.
Rob and his coworkers have been recapping season two of Blacklist to prep for the upcoming season three premiere on Blacklist. He has been telling me to get on this bamdwagon, and I think this is finally my year to join in.
I don’t think I quite live under a rock, but I was totally surprised last week when I saw a trailer for Heroes Reborn, a new NBC spinoff series based on the original Heroes. I fell in love with the show almost five years ago while I spent hours with my breast pump and Netflix as my trusty companion, then not only did the show just *poof* end, but it disappeared from Netflix soon after I finished.
Heroes is not only back on TV in this new, “reborn” series, but the original is also baaaaaaaack on Netflix!
Praise the Netflix marathon gods, my shelfie is packed with awesomeness!
