My time at the pump
Hot damn.
This is an average. I have pumped as many as 12 times a day (in the beginning) and as few as four (now). These numbers do not include the time I’ve spent breastfeeding.
I am so thankful for what my body has accomplished and for how my family has helped provide this time.

DAMN! Imagine if you charged by the hour or ounce?
Sweet Jeebus. That’s some dedication right there. Way to go, mama!
You’re a breastfeeding hero! What an amazing gift you’ve given your trio.
What is the olive oil for?
I use extra light virgin olive oil to lubricate the flanges before I pump. Friction is no bueno!
You’re amazing lady! Six times per day is my goal, but I usually only hit four. Having a 2.5 year old on top of the 6 month old twins is what usually throws a wrench in my plans. Your tips have helped so much with my own time at the pump, so thanks!!
Wow, that is commitment. So inspiring.

You know you’re my multiples momma inspiration. I just hope & pray I can do it as much & well as you have!
[…] this year, I calculated a rough estimate of how much time I had spent using my breast pump earlier this year. By my guess as of March, I’d logged a whopping 86,000 minutes – […]
