Hot damn.

This is an average. I have pumped as many as 12 times a day (in the beginning) and as few as four (now). These numbers do not include the time I’ve spent breastfeeding.

I am so thankful for what my body has accomplished and for how my family has helped provide this time.

    You’re amazing lady! Six times per day is my goal, but I usually only hit four. Having a 2.5 year old on top of the 6 month old twins is what usually throws a wrench in my plans. Your tips have helped so much with my own time at the pump, so thanks!!
